Rosa is a light pink matte eye shadow! This shade also doubles as a blush! Very soft and blend-able for an easy application! Use your favorite primer to make these mattes POP!Each eyeshadow pan is magnetic and comes in 26mm, the size of a quarter. This is a pressed eyeshadow, making it easy to apply with your favorite brush or even your finger. My mattes are formulated to have a bit of kickup but are very pigmented, a little goes a long way!
